Carvers Steakhouse provides an exceptional dining experience, perfect for indulging in homemade classics as well as chef-inspired creations. The 25oz Porterhouse, 16oz Dry Aged Strip Steak, and 160z T-Bone Steak are just a few of the favorites on the menu. The friendly staff at Carvers Steakhouse is eager to provide you with the best dining experience in Central NY.
*Food from the Carvers Steakhouse Late Night Menu can be ordered at the Bobcat Lounge on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5pm – 9pm when Carvers is closed.

Trax Pub & Grill
Trax Pub & Grill is open year round for indoor dining including lunch and dinner service with outdoor seating on the Trax Deck during the summer. You can also place orders by calling 607-662-3039. Trax Pub & Grill is located in the main ski lodge, across the street from Hope Lake Lodge.
Famous for epic views of the slopes from mountain side floor-to-ceiling windows and its huge deck, TRAX is the place for a night out or swapping stories at Après. With room inside for up to 125, and a massive 6,000 square-feet outdoor deck leading to the base of the mountain, TRAX aims to please the regulars and out-of-towners alike with it’s modern cuisine and impressive beer and wine menu.

You won’t have to take time out from enjoying our Indoor Waterpark to visit the Edgewater Café, which has plenty of snacks and menu items to help keep you going all day long. This food and beverage outlet is only open during waterpark hours of operation and may close without notice.
Taverna
(Snowsports Season Only)
The Taverna cafeteria, located near the Rental Shop, has a wide selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings. Enjoy daily specials in front of a roaring fire in the Taverna. Grumpy Jim’s breakfast sandwiches are the best!
Marty’s Deli
(Snowsports Season Only)
Marty’s Deli, located upstairs next to Trax Pub & Grill, has a wide selection of sandwich offerings.
Carvers Bar
Carvers Bar is the perfect place to try one of our Hope Lake Lodge seasonally inspired cocktails or a draft from one of our local breweries. Relax and catch the game while enjoying light menu fare. Our personable and friendly bartenders enjoy providing a fun, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for catching up on the day with family and friends. We recently renovated the Hope Lake Lodge patio to include new cobblestone wall with two built in fire tables which is a scenic location to enjoy your beverages from Carvers Bar.
Starbucks
A Starbucks is located in the lobby at Hope Lake Lodge and offers many coffee and sandwich food options. There is also lots of Greek Peak merchandise available for purchse too! Don’t forget your souvenirs.
