Important Information for When You Arrive on Saturday:

We’re excited to welcome you to Greek Peak Mountain Resort for the Let’s Sing Taylor concert! Below, you’ll find all the important details to make your experience smooth and enjoyable.

  • Reminder: We Are a Cashless Resort
    Greek Peak is a cashless resort, so please be prepared to use credit or debit cards for all transactions during your visit. If you bring cash, don’t worry—we have reverse ATM machines on-site that can convert your cash to a prepaid card for use throughout the resort.
  • Parking Instructions
    Concert parking will be available in the main ski area parking lot. We encourage guests to park here and utilize the shuttle service for easy access to the venue. This will also make exiting the concert much smoother. If the main lot fills up, overflow parking will be available at the campground, and attendants will guide you there.
  • Concert Check-In
    All guests, regardless of ticket type, must check in at the concert gate to receive their concert bracelet upon arrival. Everyone will need a bracelet to enter the venue, so please make sure to stop by the check-in area when you arrive.

  • VIP Ticket Redemption Process
    All VIP guests must check in at the concert gate upon arrival to receive their activity vouchers. These vouchers will be provided as a physical RFID card, which can be used for various activities at the resort. Be sure to keep this card for future visits!
  • Shuttle Info
    Complimentary shuttles will be running from 9:45 AM until 8 PM, with pickup and drop-off locations at the concert gate, waterpark, and adventure center. Take advantage of this service to navigate the resort with ease!
  • Concert Hours
    The concert viewing area will open at 2 PM, and singing will begin at 3 PM. Arrive early to grab a great spot and soak in the pre-show excitement! To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that outside food and beverages remain at home. Please, no coolers! However, we invite you to bring your favorite chairs and blankets to relax and fully enjoy the show!
  • Festival Grounds Activities
    Join the fun at our festival grounds with a variety of activities for all ages! You can enjoy bracelet making, pumpkin decorating, meet adorable animals at the petting zoo, and capture memories at our festive selfie station. Feeling adventurous? Try your luck at the dunk tank or participate in our classic games. These activities will be available on a carnival ticket system. Tickets for activities can be purchased at designated booths around the festival area.
  • Activity Hours
    There’s plenty to do before and after the concert! Here are the hours of operation for some of our key attractions:

Mountain Coaster: 11 AM – 6 PM
Cascades Indoor Waterpark: 10 AM – 8 PM
Concert/Festival Area: 12 PM – 5 PM
SkyTour Chairlift: 10 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Food Options
    You’ll have plenty of delicious food options during the event:

Trax Pub & Grill: 12 PM – 9 PM
Carvers Steakhouse: 8 AM – 10 PM
Edgewater Cafe: 10 AM – 8 PM (located in the waterpark)
Food Truck: Located in the concert area for quick bites during the show.

  • Meet and Greet
    After the show, stick around for a Meet and Greet with the band at KidzWorld! It’s a great chance to meet the performers and snap some photos.
