Are you someone who loves creating memorable experiences and enjoys working in a dynamic outdoor environment? As a Guest Experience Player at Greek Peak Mountain Resort, you’ll be the first person our guests meet, helping them start their day with a smile and ending it on a high note. This is your opportunity to make a difference in someone’s day while enjoying the perks of working at a top-notch resort!

This is a winter seasonal position that will start in late November or early December.

Applicants MUST be at least 16 years old and have WEEKEND availability.

What You’ll Do:

As a Guest Experience Player, you’ll:

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, guide them through their visit, and make each experience memorable.
• Support guests with parking, season pass or ticket questions, equipment rentals, and more.
• Monitor lift lines and ensure smooth flow, providing safety information and assisting guests as they board and exit lifts.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the resort.
• Be proactive with guest needs, responding to questions, concerns, and any potential issues to ensure everyone has a great time.
• Embrace the outdoors in various weather conditions, helping with on-site tasks that support the entire resort team.

Who We’re Looking For:

We need team players who:

• Are at least 16 years old and available to work weekends and holidays.
• Thrive in an outdoor setting and can handle varying weather conditions.
• Have a friendly, upbeat personality and can communicate well with guests.
• Are able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Location & Schedule:

• Location: Greek Peak Mountain Resort, Cortland, NY
• Schedule: This seasonal role runs from late November/early December through the winter season, with a flexible schedule tailored to our busy periods.
