Cancellation Guidelines
1. Snow Ticket Activities
Cancellations: The full amount is non-refundable.
Important Notes: A raincheck for your ski ticket is available within 30 minutes of your first scan if the conditions are deemed unacceptable.
2. Ski & Board Season Passes
Cancellations: Ski and board season passes are non-refundable and do not roll over under any circumstances, including for medical reasons or relocation.
3. Adventure Center, Hope Lake Park, Bike Park, Cascades Waterpark & Waterfall Spa
Cancellations: Receive a raincheck, valid for 12 months.
Important Notes: If the area is forced to close for more than 2 hours due to weather, then a raincheck will be issued at the manager’s discretion, valid for 12 months.
4. Campgrounds
Cancellations:
10 Days or More Notice: Receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Less Than 10 Days’ Notice: Receive a camp credit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Important Notes: Camp credits are valid for 12 months from your original departure date. Camping is an outdoor adventure, so refunds are not available for weather conditions, early departures, natural occurrences, or evictions.
5. Hope Lake Lodge (including Group Blocks)
Cancellations:
14 Days or More Notice: Receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
Less Than 14 Days, More Than 72 Hours’ Notice: We’ll refund you, minus the deposit. For one-night reservations, the full amount is non-refundable.
Within 72 Hours of Your Stay: The full amount is non-refundable.
Holiday Periods: Cancellations made within 14 days of your stay are non-refundable.
