What you’ll do:

  • Lead with Vision: Oversee the operation of all food and beverage outlets, delegating responsibilities and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CFO to manage budgets, set revenue goals, and track performance metrics.
  • Menu Innovation: Partner with our talented chefs to design a menu that delights a wide variety of tastes while supporting our financial goals.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure we uphold the highest standards in food safety, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire our team, setting the standard for excellence in service and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Leadership: 3-5 years in high-profile culinary or food service roles, with proven expertise in managing multi-outlet operations.
  • Guest-Focused & Results-Driven: A commitment to exceptional guest service and the ability to balance creativity with business acumen.
  • Organizational Skills: You’ll manage inventory, order schedules, vendor relationships, and more – always with an eye on efficiency and quality.
