Dream Wedding Giveaway Contest Winners Tie the Knot at Greek Peak Mountain Resort

CORTLAND, New York (October 31, 2024) – When Greek Peak Mountain Resort announced the winners of its Dream Wedding Giveaway contest, little did they know just how significant a gesture it would be for newlyweds, Cody and Talore Lucey.  Yes, with a value of up to $15,000, it was a sizeable contribution to their wedding budget, however, it was the love affair that their family and guests had with the Greek Peak experience that also drew attention.

“The best part of winning this promotion has been the opportunity to have our wedding at this fantastic and beautiful venue with our friends and family,” the couple said.  “Our families and friends had so much fun that they are excited to come back to Greek Peak in the future to reminisce and take part in the fun activities there! We plan to come back and hopefully keep making memories together as a couple.”

“Our favorite part of the planning experience was the amazing work by the team at Greek Peak,” the new bride noted.  “Chelsea, Danielle, Allyson, and the rest of the team were so helpful and energetic throughout the entire process. They were constantly seeing what more they could do to make this the wedding of our dreams!”

The night before the wedding celebration was held at Greek Peak’s Meteora events center, and the wedding was held at The Lookout at Hope Lake, Greek Peak’s premier wedding venue, which is 4,500 square venue and can accommodate over 250 guests.  Many of the guests stayed and enjoyed the relaxing amenities of Hope Lake Lodge.

The Lookout offers a combination of elegance with a rustic, farmhouse appeal nestled in a countryside setting.  Inside, guests gather around wooden tables and chairs underneath wrought iron chandeliers and await the full catering services available on site.  The venue features a 25-foot, full-service bar to accommodate your event, as well as bridal suites with a salon.  There are also honeymoon suite and block room accommodations through Hope Lake Lodge with shuttle services available.  Waterfalls Spa also awaits bridal party members at Hope Lake Lodge, and Cascades Indoor Waterpark is a great way to cap off any day with a splash.
