First Timers Guide for Skiing and Snowboarding

Never been to Greek Peak Mountain Resort to Ski or Snowboard before? Follow these easy steps and your first visit will be hassle free!

Drop Off Area

After turning into our parking lot you will see a convenient “drop off area” on your left. If you have children or equipment this is the perfect place to unload your gear before parking your car. The Welcome Center building is located at the drop off area.

Ticketing Area and Ski Shop (to the left)

Next…proceed into our ticketing area to the left of the “drop off area”. Also, here you will find our Ski Shop, lockers and bathrooms. At the Ticket Window you can purchase ticketsski and snowboard lessons and rentals.

Do You Need to Rent Equipment?

However, if you are renting equipment we suggest that you go directly to the Rental Shop located in the big building to the left side of the resort. Here you can purchase your rentals, tickets and lessons as well. Once you fill out some paperwork you are ready to get fitted into your boots and pick up your skis or snowboard.

Are Your Kids Participating in the Junior Ski and Ride School?

Or, if you are putting children in our Junior Ski and Ride Program, directly in front of the “drop off area” is a bridge that leads you to the Rossignol Junior Ski and Ride building just to the left. At this facility you can purchase everything in one stop. No need to go to the Ticket Window or the Rental Shop. We encourage reservations to expedite the check-in process.

Across the Bridge to Lesson Meeting Spot and Lifts

Cross the walking bridge to our Lesson Meeting Spot. Lessons go out on the hour weekends and holidays and at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 5:30pm and 7pm week days.Click here to learn more about what you can expect during your lesson.

Across the bridge you will find a trail map and message board. Also across the bridge adjacent to the “drop off area” you will find Lifts 1 and Visions Express which will take you to the summit. The lift/trail immediately to your left is our beginner trail. To the right is a surface lift, know as our “Boardwalk”.

We hope you have a fun filled day creating memories that last a lifetime!
